Quality Assurance Director

Location: Agency-wide role with travel across all office bases as required.

We offer hybrid working which includes a blend of home and office working with a minimum of one day per week in our office.

Contract: Permanent Full Time: 37.5 hours per week.

We are seeking an experienced, forward-thinking and dynamic Quality Assurance Director to lead and manage our quality assurance, safeguarding, policy development, training and compliance functions across the agency. This is a senior role that will develop the implementation of high-quality systems, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and champion new initiatives that ensure excellence in service delivery.

As the Quality Assurance Director, you will lead and manage the quality assurance, safeguarding and compliance functions within Team Fostering. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive quality assurance strategy that aligns with the agency’s objectives. You will also be accountable for driving the company’s quality initiatives, supporting policy development, ensuring compliance with UK legislation and National Minimum Standards, and overseeing training and safeguarding activities. Additionally you will act as the Designated Complaints Officer and the second Agency Decision Maker (ADM).
